 Job Description / Responsibility- (Assistant Manager)

  • The position is responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the day-to-day events, activation & research operations of the company.
  • Planning, Organizing, Leading & Controlling field work of events.
  • The primary focus is on developing and maintaining relationships with clients through expansion of client and build relationship with existing client.
  • Work with team to create innovative public relations strategies
  • Ability to multi-tasks and effectively prioritize multiple project and tasks
  • Should have the ability to develop ideas and strategies to improve business
  • The candidate should have leadership, supervision and staff management skills.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the management
  1. Job Description / Responsibility- (Executive)
  • Visiting potential customers for new business and fulfill the sales target.
  • Sells products like picnic events, corporate events etc by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and generate sale.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback.
  • The candidate should have leadership, supervision and staff management skills.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
  1. Job Description / Responsibility- (Executive-Clients Service)
  • The primary focus is on developing and maintaining relationships with client and Strategic Team (internal).
  • Ensure client orientation on PR and smooth execution/ delivery of plan
  • Work with manager to create innovative public relations strategies
  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy.
  • Make calls to potential clients and existing clients to maintain long term relationships.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Graduation in any discipline, preferably BBA/ MBA in Marketing.

 

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)for Assistant Manager
  • 2 to 5 years for Executive
  • 2 to 4 years for clients Service Executive ( Only Female)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Event/Campaign coordinator, Client Service/ Marketing, & Program Management.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Advertising Agency, Event Management

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 year(s) for Assistant manager
  • Age 24-32 years for Executive.
  • Age 20-27 years for client’s service Executive.
  • Good Computer knowledge -especially in MS Office, Excel &PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Field Operation Knowledge & interest in Marketing & Events.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Knowledge about Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and editing software will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
  • Candidate should have the mental attitude of working long hours when needed.
